Well, 1/2 pound is gone and I am pleased with it. At least I didn't stay the same. At this rate I It will take me 10 weeks to loose 5 pounds. Now that is negative thinking. I am not gaining and that is more positive. It is worth giving up a few of my favorite things.
76.9 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
