Well yesterday I missed my carb and calorie goals, but it was still a pretty good day. When I lost my 50 lbs and reach goal it was easy to stay within those guide lines. Now it seems like I am eating about the same, but when I tally up what I ate in my food diary it is more. Now I am going to try harder. I need to MAKE it happen and not sit back and LET it happen. The best part is I have not let go of my new eating habits and maintain some kind of control. Even when I feel I have pigged out, it is usually baby carrots and ranch dressing or 6 saltines with butter. Much better than a dishpan full of buttered popcorn or a 1/2 bag of Cheetos.
