The grandson and I won the summer league. It is a one kid and one adult summer bowling league. We had a great time doing it. Now it is time for my women's league to start. I enjoy it, it is something to do in the winter when you can't get out and play golf. The cool down is here and the weather is excellent. It is cool and the humidity is low. Perfect. I have been eating a lot of salads. I lost 1/2 pound and it has motivated me to lose more. I need to keep the momentum going.
