I did keto for rapid weight loss as well several years ago. It was good for several months but then found it hard to loose those last 10 pounds with keto. I increased lean protein and more of a balance between fat/carbs. Cut dairy, saturated fat and seed oils. Along with resistance training, light cardo, and stability training (yoga) I was able to reach my goals. I also avoid ALL processed foods even those that are labeled KETO, all natural, plant based, non GMO, organic or whatever... Just real food. Good luck!

Thanks guys! Hi Jen! Happy new year! Jeff I also avoid as much “keto” foods as possible. They are generally garbage and I eat mostly organic pasture raised grass fed foods. Only time I “cheat” is with keto ice cream on those rare occasions when I must have a treat.

PS, I went full on carnivore and it was a game changer for the mental aspect. Was just easier. We'll see how I adapt when I reach goal.

Hey Jenjaba! I’ve seen your progress and it’s amazing! I remember you were not getting adequate results from Keto. I briefly considered carnivore just for the experiment but, no lol

Michael are you still fasting? I have been ridiculously hungry at 10-11 am and so I eat as soon as I get back from the gym.
