WOOOHOOO!!! Had a difficult week, and still got down to the last 5lbs of being over 100lbs over weight. I MUST work over time this week. I would LOVE to have these 5lbs off next week, it would be such a milestone for me. I will take any loss as a good loss, I am grateful to release what I have already. But, MAN this has me excited!!
138.3 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 56.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
