Was able to stand long enough at Dr's office to get weighed! Been missing my FS friends, but so depressed for so long with nothing positive to say. I'm doing okay now that I am Employed. Grateful that I didn't gain more during my trip down the rabbit hole .

115.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 40.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
