I wasn't going to weigh in until next Monday. Probably because I know one day and usually in the middle of the week I go off the wagon but it evens out by Monday.

But I did weigh in today and yes, I FELL OFF THE WAGON LAST NIGHT! But last night I was looking forward to a fresh start called TOMORROW! So here it is TODAY...which is as story goes a GIFT...which is why it's called the PRESENT. I actually dropped .4 since Monday and LET'S DO IT!!

My new image is a scale which is really appropriate if it showed our emotions. What do you think?

Have a great Thursday and remember...a day is not a lifetime.

"Great wt. loss! :) Unfortunately, I tend to agree with you-Meaning, While we diet, we become so weight conscientiousness, that we tend to be so driven by that dang scale! I think that our identity can become the scale and what it reads." right? "That is why I have to remember who I really am in God! :) That helps to center me. :) You take care and G.B! :) ~Ann

Agreed, obsessed: One has to remember there is life besides your "diet" and exercise. You have to remember the rest of your life. Stop, think: do things you enjoy, spend time with your family, friends, and projects or hobbies that you enjoy. Your way of eating and exercise has to fit the rest of your life without it taking it over or you will not be able to sustain. You will end up on the yo-yo train. I'm still struggling to fit exercise into my schedule.
