It has become a pattern for me to hover around a weight for a few weeks and then all of a sudden I lose a few pounds "overnight". I will not get discouraged because I haven't lost weight in the past two weeks. I just look forward to the "woosh" to come!
89.1 kg Lost so far: 25.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's happened to me, and I think a lot of others here as well-you are right not to get discouraged, you know weight loss will happen if you wait it out. Keeping fingers crossed for the "whoosh"!

Everyone's body is different, so how everyone loses weight is different. Look how far you've come, gal! You are AMAZING, & you inspire me! I just broke a plateau at 250 lbs that I've been on for what seems like 4-EVER! I lost 2 lbs last week, even though I ate over half of a bag of chips yesterday while Hubs & I were driving in the country. Go figure! You know that if you just keep eating right, the lbs will start falling off again eventually, & the waiting will have been worth the result. (((Skinny Hugz))) GLAMMER
