Happy Saturday!

Wow, what a glorious day! The weather couldn't be any more beautiful in my neck of the woods. Goodman and I worked out on the property all afternoon. I raked up about 10 wheel barrows full of sticks and stacked I-don't-know-how-many logs near our fire pit. I came inside 4 hours later sore and tired. I took some ibuprofen and drank a lot of water then proceeded to veg out on the recliner with my legs up for about an hour before I could even consider fixing dinner. I entered "yard work" into my exercise log and as it turns out 4 hours in the yard counts as much as two hours on the elliptical. :)

ATF ~ I found it interesting that I could use restraint and wisdom while eating out at Frankenmuth yesterday at lunchtime, but when I got home I decided not to try to log what I ate because it was a little of this and a little of that - just hard to measure...but because I didn't log my food I found it hard to resist foods that would not normally tempt me when I got home. I just found it interesting how my mind works. Today has been much better. I feel back on track.

Tomorrow will be another busy day in the yard after church. It feels good to get some of the work accomplished around here. We have so many unfinished projects going on...I'd just like to see one completed.

Have a great weekend!

Your mind works like mine when it comes to logging. I have a hard time sometimes, but I just log the best I can. An example was my salad that I made at Ruby Tuesdays tonight. I just put in the ingredients I added and I know I put too much. Yard work is supposed to be really great exercise! Four hours is quite a bit! I know I'd be hurting after that time! I need some of your energy. I have to clean my house tomorrow. We're getting ready to have a new heater installed. Of course all my pets must know this because they are not cooperating. They have decided to pee here and there and they normally don't. The man came in to give us our estimate and every since....errrrr...I get to wash all my floors tomorrow :)
