This is the lowest weight since March 2020. Once Covid hit, my weight loss was over for quite awhile. I kept trying but was never motivated for more than a few days. After March 2020 it seems like I gained a pound a week until it got close to 20 pounds up. Yesterday's weight was the lowest since March of this year. At the beginning of the year I set a goal to lose one pound a week. Was doing okay until March and I gained slowly. So it took me 7 months to get back to where I was in March. I guess the lesson is to get right back to my desired WOE instead of letting the weight creep back on.
83.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Liv! I noticed I mentioned March 4 times. That seems to be the month when things start to fall apart for me. One year it was Girl Scout cookies, in 2020 it was Covid. Not sure what my excuse was this year

Zoofeather - I've just been stuck for a long time, first gaining weight, then just losing tiny amounts or .maintaining. I'm just really determined right now and every little fraction of a pound eventually adds up.

Thanks Morticia, it seems to me that weight I put on quickly, like the 3 pounds I gained during a 5 day vacation can come off quickly if I don't give it the chance to stick or add to it!

You're doing great Fritzy! I regained about 20 pounds during the isolation of COVID, but I finally lost that and more this year. Just coasting right now, I'll get back to it soon.

Thanks Shir, I checked my weight history on FS and I actually gained around 35 pounds beginning in March of 2020. It took over a year to gain it and I still have 11 pounds to get to where I was when Covid started here. It's been a yoyo experience for a long time but I settled in for awhile at a much higher weight than I want. It's a constant struggle
