Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday….

Broke my fast yesterday….we’d - sat linch….meatloaf…pretty hard to pass on…lol

Walk-in the stairs yesterday came to a halt..when right knee revolted….after lunch was mostly a recliner day…as today is looking the same..put a knee sleeve on…just for the extra support….it’s puffy….guess that’s my red flag….

So todays plan upper body moves…and probably recliner time…lol…

Sucks to be letting knee recover…hate it…
