Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday…

46 outside..feels like 39…..slept with window open till 2am…p time…got up shut window…turned heat up to 55…warmed room up for getting out of bed at 530…recovery…..so important…l right knee is healing…ice on it yesterday again from time to time…and naps….alittle upper body…more like a lazy day for me…a lot of recliner time…more then I like…

Window cracked….need that fresh air…first ☕️ gone…debating on eating breakfast…changing eating habits…my body over the last few weeks has been hungrier by lunch…once again experimenting….once again figuring it out…

Time to move…
