Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday….

Got my recovery sleep last night….

Been doing cold shower 2-3 hours before bed last 2-3 nights…always trying new things just to keep life interesting….lol…

Listening to this at the moment…most of its review…but always good info…

Hit 5.5 miles walking yesterday…as the day progressed…I slowly got more tired…by 11am..I was starting to feel the waking up at 2am….

Todays plan..get 5 miles…plus….I added more resistance bands to workout routine last night…time to increase band resistance for a few weeks…challenge the body..

☕️ 2nd cup almost gone…that means time to move..or time to start a routine…

Have a fantastic positive day..
115.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Honda hard to give any results yet….only started a few days ago..plus increased walking…first 2 nights first 5 hours great sleep..but that could of been added walking…figured I’d try it for couple of weeks or so on cold showers….seems to make sleeping better…

I heard it reduces anxiety and improves sleep. Let us know what you think at the end of the two weeks.
