Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday….

Sleep is great….

I would say starting with a warm shower..and gradually lowering the temps…has been the way to go…as I’m getting closer to the last turn of the handle on the shower…now it’s a matter of getting use to the colder temps for longer….the cold also helps with inflammation and recovery of sore muscles…which I have in my back shoulder blade muscles…it helps but does cure yet..can only hope in time it will…

Only 4.75 miles yesterday…I’m learning that it’s easy to hit first 4…but after lunch..it’s a struggle….but when your up at 5am…noon is half a day in…

Only on first ☕️….thinking today might be a slower lazy day..less miles..less workout…that’s a lazy day for me…lol..l
