Was going to wait until Sunday, but since it's another loss 2 days after a 1400 calorie lunch at Red Robin, I need to see it in my chart. If I had had the burger in a bun instead of a lettuce wrap and if I had given in to my usual regular Coke, maybe even with a refill lunch would have been 2000 calories at least!
85.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Little changes like that where it doesn't affect the enjoyment of the meal do pay off on the scale. Sometimes, the bun and Coke are worth the resultant delay in progress, in this case, you clearly had your goal in mind and made the right pivot 🙂

Thanks Lady, I've been going to Red Robin for at least 30 years. A few years ago I lost about 50 pounds (all here on FS!) and would go to RR about once every 6-8 weeks. It was always the only thing I ate all day, but still would set me back 2 to 3 days. This time, I think because of the changes I made I felt good when I left for home, instead of guilty. I didn't eat until full which is always a problem for me
