Not bad. 28 days to lose .6 of a pound! I am going to try to weigh every Sunday to stay focussed.

Thanks Mortification (not going to fight the computer this morning) and Annis. I didn't want to lost my weight until it was lower than the last time I posted it. I'm feeling a little motivated with cooler weather coming soon, so more walks. And I'm having oatmeal around 2-3pm and it keeps me full so I am not snacking at night
