Eating 130 gms of protein is definitely not fasting. So far a little gain.
95.0 kg Lost so far: 32.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

What is your fat/protein ratio?

Dr. Chaffee recommends a 1:1 ratio, while Dr. Berry recommends starting out with a 2(fat):1 ratio. 🤷‍♀️ I decided not to count anything this time. Just adding fat if there is little, and doing the 1 to 2 meals a day in at least a 6 hour window that Dr. Berry suggests in the video. Eating until completely full. I'm going to try not to add even seasonings to my food, except salt. ...and no cheese or anything other than BBB&E.

I'm tracking, so you can see, but the fat grams have been about equal. I've been doing 3 meals, because I'm doing some heavy yard work in the heat and I want some food in my belly for that (4 eggs and butter). I'm drinking matcha tea in the morning for a little caffeine. When the job is done, I'll go to 2 meals.

Nothing wrong with that, Erika! Do what you've gotta do! The small gain may be coming from more muscle stimulus. Maybe that's a question for Super... I have black coffee in the mornings. Looks like we are opposites on eating & working in the sun. I'd rather do it on an empty stomach. After I eat, I don't want to move...lol.

Also... I drank over a gallon of water yesterday, probably a gallon and a half. This WOE seems to make me extremely thirsty.

Guys remember, meat is HEAVY, heavier than veggies most certainly, when you have that much meat in your digestive tract you are gonna see a gain, so be patient!

Zenus, I did carnivore all 2021, I know. With the lack of fiber, all the weight gain will pass is what I meant! Once you reach a certain point it's dangerous to be straying too far from the bathroom...
