My time at the gym has made a difference in my appearance, even though the scale stubbornly stays in the high 180s. However, I have lost inches and people are remarking, "Hey Dom, you're still losing weight - you look great!" I used to argue with them and say, "No I'm not." But now I just smile and say, "Thanks!" Who am I to argue with the measuring tape? LOL!

However, I stubbornly continue to try to make the scale go down that last 35 pounds or so!! Hope everyone is having a great week.
85.7 kg Lost so far: 41.3 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Don't get frustrated! You're clearly making progress if people are commenting and you can see a difference. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you may be dropping pounds of fat and gaining them back in muscle. Sounds like a very good thing.

Keep going! The weight will come off. The first 3 months I lost a total of 3 pounds. And then just when I was getting super frustrated, my doctor said just keep going don't give up. The scale finally started moving down. As of today I have lost 96 pounds! If I can do it anyone can. Just don't give up!

It will come and enjoy the compliments along the way. Fit always looks better anyway, I wouldn't stress the number quite yet if clothes are getting looser. Great job!

The gym is also keeping your skin Firm!!!!!! -So when you do reach your goal you will not have to worry about flabby skin- Great Job as usual Mrs. Mole!!!!

Yup! I weigh high but am in smaller clothes than I was when at the same weight in the past - it is the weight lifting and exercise that tightens us up! You gained MUSCLE! WooHoo
