Wooohooo! I love it! What a great way to start off a Monday morning! I got my tape measure back and did my measurements, first measurements in three weeks.

This is the number of inches I have lost in the past 3 weeks, wow, I knew I felt slimmer but I did not expect a total of 10 inches gone! Doing the happy dance! I have 6.10 lbs more to lose to reach my 50 by 50 mini-goal!
118.4 kg Lost so far: 19.9 kg.    Still to go: 36.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I got up this morning and decided I HAVE to STOP gaining and losing the same 15 pounds. ENOUGH is ENOUGH. Clothes are fitting tight again and I am just tired of the up and down so I AM BACK and this is not going to happen again! I had to post publicly, I have to do this for the last time!!! Congrats to you and thanks for posting!!!
