Grabbed 11.5 hours of sleep and got a 208.6 waking weigh in. Did an hour of weights and 65 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill and got a 206.2. That works. Still dehydrated and that's skewing the body fat and muscle mass numbers. One day soon I will sit down with a calculator and work out the effect of that body water percentage and its effect on my relative muscle and fat numbers. It seems very consistent. Looking forward to my Fitbit Surge watch arriving today.

Here are the 12/06/14 Tanita Numbers (post 16:8 IF, post 60 minutes weightlifting, post 65 minute HIIT treadmill):

Metabolic age - 27
93.5 kg Lost so far: 53.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Got an online UPS notice that my Fitbit was delivered to my door at 10:58 am this morning. It's been out there in the rain while I worked out... opened it and no worse for wear. Going online to set it up.
