Happy 😃 happy 😃 sunday….

Taking off yesterday…well…i did workout…but didnt ride or do any hall walking…was trying to keep my exercise strain below 9…. It hit 11…and after alittle over 8 hours…im in the yellow….once again…last 2 days been in the red…over trained…part of what happens..when you dont take days off…i look at it like this..if you eat..then..you need to move….cause ive been down that road of not moving..and eating…not a please t way to spend time..to hard to get back into that healthy life style..that works for me…

Was listening to the power within me…. https://youtu.be/mw7bvXkpmY0 ..have heard it before..but it shoed up on my you tube today…guess it was telling me something….even though i was having my coffee…naturally as i started listening…my headphones…said…charge me….duh…

Thought the coffee was suppose to charge me…lol..

Just made second cup..put headphones on charge…and set back down…see what happens when i take day off…i fall back into old habits…not really…did some pushups while i was waiting on second cup…lol…

Plan today…same as everyday..eat and move..lol…setting my alarms to give me extra 30 minutes of sleep is nice…but…my body is use to waking up at 4am…that half hour i added…is for the days..im still tired…lol..

Welll…still sipping..thinking about what i need to be doing…

They had a xmas party….friday night….i didnt go..i chose sleep instead…my sister went..she said last years was better….we have a xmas linch on 25th…same meal as thamksgiving…nothing special….just another day…lol

Hope you enjoy the Christmas lunch. Too bad they don’t make something different. I grew up on turkey and ham for Thanksgiving and Christmas. A few years ago, I decided to do a different meal each Christmas. I like that so much better!:)

For thamksgiving..they had the works…way to much food for one meal….and im guessing alot of waste…alot of what i would call sides…is some food..i wouldnt eat..if it was my only choice…guess ive just gotten to picky with my food choices…lol
