Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday…..

Up at 430am….already working out…first 100 push-ups done….along with other workouts…yes…felt so good….

Took the day off after doing just 24 push-ups and a very short set of other moves yesterday…meditation was even included in the afternoon….

Now for what happened last night…had gone to bed…been asleep for half an hour….fire alarm went off…I wake up..thinking….crap…turned out sometime had burned popcorn…set off the alarms….better then the last time….last time they went off…an older guy had done his own wash..he sent his wallet thru the wash…he put his wallet and his important papers in the microwave to dry them out….Yeap…set off the alarms…

Just started raining weather report for next week…might be a bad one…was watching a you tuber on the weather…could be bad storms and even lots of snow,.just depending on how it plays out…

Well…time to get back up…first cup of ☕️ is gone….I’m ready to rock…lol..

Good morning! You are rocking with that coffee!☕️👍 Fire alarms are scary! In July, I was in the exam room at the doctor, not fully dressed and one went off! Funny now but not at the time! It was a drill!🤪 You are killing the workouts today!💪 I’ve had functional fitness all week and got a clean house out of it! Drinking up then in the shower. Have a fabulous Friday!:)

Liver and onions on menu today…but I opted for fish…lol…if only it tasted as good as it smells…

Thank you for nice greetings. Yes, I also have some stories about alarms and my neighbors. We predict a rainy day on Sunday here NYC. It means no walking exercise for me. I am thinking how I will burn my calories at home.🤔
