Saturday official weigh in on track at 210.8. Woke up at 214.8. Finished 16:8 fast and did 65 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill. Got 211.6 after that. Needed to go to the dentist, so did that, then got a haircut and did a little shopping. Weighed in at 3:30 pm and got 210.8. OK, time to eat a late lunch.

Here are the 11/15/14 Tanita numbers (post 16:8 fast, 65 minute HIIT treadmill; additional 3.5 hours of fasting; a bit dehydrated):

Thanks, Pam. My secret is that the weight gain was just temporary water weight. Easy to put on; easier than fat to take off fast!

Bill, when I was walking 1500 steps a day, I read that people should walk 10,000 steps a day and I thought that it is physically impossible. Now I see you and others doing it. More power to you!

Thanks, Deb. I walk a mile to and from work while commuting, so that adds a lot right there. I have begun walking around the block for five minutes once an hour (when I get the chance). That adds 800-1000 steps per hour. And then whatever I get on the treadmill adds to it.
