Woke up at 211.8. Denise is making her amazing cinnamon rolls for an event. I had two, ending my 16:8 fast after only 14 hours. I ate some Greek yogurt with protein powder to offset the carbs. Will do weights and at least a half hour of HIIT treadmill. Enjoy the Sunday, folks.

Update: Big day of grazing at home on a Sunday. Did not get any real working out in until I freaked out in the last hour of the day and I jumped on the treadmill for 30 minutes to midnight! Still ended with a surplus.
