I did well while eating out at an Indian buffet yesterday. I had one of several items but didn't overload my plate. J

Keeper tried taking me to a Buffet this week! I said, "I'm not going in there." He asked,"Really?" I tilted my head & looked at him. We left the parking lot. No way am I setting myself up for sabatage! You must be made of steel, J :) Job well done.

Good job with the buffet. Downward trending even with that under your belt is awesome!

Good for you on your weight loss! Two weeks ago I had an offer to go to the buffet, but I said let's go somewhere else. It is easier for me to choose from a menu and stay away from things that are a temptation. Eventually I will have to go to the buffet. :)
