I may break the liquid diet later in the day with tomato soup. Don't want to eat much more than that. I've had trouble breaking fasts in the past with a fast food meal or something big and undoing everything.

Still no bucks at my house but Mama and babies are here first thing in the morning.

I'm trying to go to bed later, something my doctor suggested for my insomnia. Since I'm retired I can take naps or go to bed early or late. I tend to go to bed really early because I get so tired by 5 or 6pm. So I'll go to bed and watch a DVD around 7:30 and fall asleep. No wonder I wake numerous times and finally get up at 3am. The other night I tried to get to bed early then decided to iron pillow cases and did that until 9pm. I had a pretty good night's sleep and woke up later, closer to 5am. But I fell back last night because I was so tired and I've been up since 3:30. Almost time to feed Bobby and the cats and then have my coffee.

We see lots of does & fawns around our house & neighborhood but it's a rare treat to see bucks.

Thanks Navywife and SherryeB - I just got back from my morning walk with Bobby. Got out as soon as it got light saw many does and fawns. Just before my street there was a group of 6 to 8 does and fawns and next door to that was another group. Thanks Bananas - I've always done something similar before doctors' appointments when the weight is important (to me anyway) and I used to do the same years ago before Weight Watecher's meetings.

I sometimes get up early. It is what it is. Yeah naps are good to recover. Hope you have a nice day

Thanks Liv - morning is my favorite time of the day but would prefer to wake up close to 6 or even sunrise. Hope you enjoy today and the weekend!

I tend to get sleepy when it gets dark so in the winter I tend to be somewhat like a bear in hibernation. I force myself to stay awake.

Morticia - I have a hard time staying up until it gets dark in the summer. Right now it isn't bad. It gets dark around 7:30. I could go to bed then watch TV for awhile before going to sleep.
