I think I'll do one more day of just liquids. After yesterday I am back to where I was about a week ago. Either the scale was wrong that day and that lower weight was wrong but I needed a day of just liquids to break through the plateau.
87.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

A day of liquids always works. Occasionally I'll do a Leek broth day, where I'll boil the greens from the tops of a few leeks for 20 minutes to create a soup broth, and then just sip it like tea for a day (plus black coffee & water). It resets my digestive system. Congrats on the loss this morning!

Thanks Morticia and Bananas. I like the idea of a leek broth instead of using a bouillon cube (way too salty)

What all do you do for a liquid diet

Well I was staying below my calories but I Incorporated a gallon of water a day drinking and four cups of coffee with lemon and I was losing weight like crazy I was so proud of myself I stopped at drinking the coffee and cut back on my water a little bit and now I'm back up to the weight I started at just two weeks later so disappointed in myself

Lauren - most people do a water fast. I am just not having solid food. So I'm drinking coffee, water and diet Pepsi. I also have some orange juice and milk that I may drink. Hot tea is good too. Thanks Lord Vincent - maybe all that water and coffee kept you full so you didn't eat as much. I wouldn't think giving up some water and coffee would make you gain weight

Thanks Navywife - So far, just liquids. It's only 5:30pm but I'm good with just a little more to sip on so I don't get up a dozen times during the night. We'll see if I make it a 3 day liquid diet tomorrow.
