Yes it’s frustrating to see the ups…and all…but you have to realize the body has to adjust to the up an down of things….long as you kno that..just another day..lol

I've taken to weighing in the same time and day once per week. It does help from getting discouraged. the diet calendar is pretty awesome too. it helps me identify my trends. just a thought for ya!
