Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday….

Felt like getting on trainer early today..so got an early morning ride in..nice thing about having a trainer..at 5am..and 40 outside…you can turn on the fan..and ride…had heat on to..but even thou I turned heat down before getting on bike…was still sweating…as it was a hilly course..and a dirt road..which added resistance..

Soaked up the rays yesterday again…and yes..even though I set on the end away from everyone….I draw people…lol…soon as I got up to leave..everyone around me..decided it was to warm as well…I eas in a sleeveless tshirt and shorts…most of them..in long pants and sweaters….but…10-15 years older….

Well…things to do as always…need to change..get hydrated again…get rest of day on the move…want to soak up the sun later…we didn’t have a spring this year..so enjoying the early morning sun while I can…

Good morning! Wow! What a ride this morning!👍 Glad you soaked up the sun. I haven’t been able to do that for awhile now. Too much going on but hopefully another week or so! Everyone wants to talk to you! Lol maybe put on a halloween mask!😂 It’s that time of year. It would look ok! Lol Have a terrific Tuesday!:)
