You have not lost the battle or even a skirmish.

No way. You don't strike me as the giving up type. A short diet break is not 'giving up' and is much needed for a reset sometimes. I bet you still look fabulous! Back at it! 💪🏼

I agree with dp..Just reset and get back to it. Easier said than done but you can do this. Remember all the success you've had. It will help.💜

Your weight isn't up so much that you can't quickly make corrections. I waited until I had gained 30 pounds before getting serious again.

The battle is Not lost unless you Really want it to be. Obviously that is Not where you are. You are still here and still weighing. My benchmark "Don't Go There" is 5#. Do what you know you need and want to do. You didn't work that hard to improve your health, to quit now. Somewhere in the back of your mind you know it! Let's Go!

just because you lost a battle or 2 doesn't mean you have to surrender and lose the war. I ve done that too many times. I got back in there took over control and win the next battle. wars are not won in a couple of battles stay the course and win. Have kept off almost 200lbs for 3 years now and I have lost some battle along the way!

No worries, most of us have had to reset from time to time.

the battle perhaps, but not the war. We all face setbacks. Tomorrow will be better.

Don't give up. My body does periodic resets so I try not to worry about the 3 # that came back this month since I lost 34. That was a month of festivals and fairs. Looking forward to losing more as I move into less cheating in my healthy eating menus.

I'm up 9 pounds, too. Mine is more from doing less activity with the sweltering heat this summer rather than making poor food choices. Get your toehold, Siegels, you caught it. Nose to the grindstone! 🦾

Just get back at it. You can do it. We went on vacation last February for 10 days and the trainer said have fun and eat. Got back and had gained weight. Took me 4 months to get it back off and also it took me 6 months to get back to where my weight lifting had been before vacation . The moral of my story is dedication and now I am back at my weight and lifting heavier again. Feels great. I agree with other's just reset. Don't lose anymore time as we never get that back.
