Got rid of six more pounds of water today. That was expected because I was literally peeing every 30 minutes all afternoon. Will keep it going into October. Ate light today and ended up with a very slight calorie deficit this month. Too much partying in September! Basically should be 200.1 as soon as I get rid of the extra water.

Great job!!!! LOL I got 18 to go you got 17 to go. I know you will beat me, You drop weight super quick. I need to get motivated to hit the treadmill, its just hard sometimes being exhausted after work. Super busy season is coming near in end at work, maybe I will hit the apt gym. I decided to renew the lease so I will not lose access to the free gym. The gym is very nice but hardly anyone uses it!!!!!
