Morning weigh in of 220.8 after a more reasonable day of calorie and sodium intake! Finalizing plans for October calorie goals and macro targets. Have a good one!

I am back on game plan as well- weigh in at 156 at 6:30Am even-by end of October or sooner I would like to be 150- I know I needed consistency in lower calories and added exercise
