Just weighed in for the month downstairs….Eating to many deserts…eating meals that were a habit to show up for…I see my doctor in 2 weeks..the goal is to be down a pound or two by then…
130.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

do they try and overfeed you or is it a buffet situation?

They have a dietion..that in my option is behind times…it’s a corporation of several associated living homes…ensure shakes to add weight…when I met with her a year ago…she told me fasting wasn’t good for me….
