😃 happy 😃 Friday…

No workouts today….messed up right wrist last night..doing one last workout..you kno me..always trying to burn them last few calories before bed..but that also made ot hard to go to sleep….so…the plan is to take the day off…and just get steps in…

The guy I sit next to…has Covid…we all tested again yesterday…I was negative once again…

My in out surgery is rescheduled for Oct…so…need to stay healthy and infect free…which I’m on low dose antibodies…

Well…I’m bored…lol…might have to go for a walk…just to get my morning high..

Good morning! Happy Friday!😀 Oh no, you hurt your shoulder! 😞 I sure hope if you rest it today and just do steps that it will be better. Can you get your food and eat in your place so you won’t be exposed to virus? Especially, til your surgery? I would be too nervous to eat by others with having covid issues there for awhile now. Have a great day and be gentle with yourself while your shoulder heals!:)

Navy..my wrist…clean your glasses…lol….it’s not that bad…just a slight strain…I put a wrap on it to give it support today…just went walking…not my favorite way to get movement…knees..hips..making music as I walk…lol…

My glasses are clean! Not enough coffee!😂😆☕️ Glad you keep me in order! So, when you walked you sounded like a bowl of rice krispies?? Lol I know that sound all too well! Back to coffee so I can function properly today!!!:)😂

I got bored…wrist isn’t that bad…so …lol…did some resistance band workouts…and no pain…2.5 hours…and I’m trying to decide if I’m eating or extending the fast…lol…it just seems to get easier to go longer….guess I need to ride the elevator down to first floor and look at the menu….and decide…might be a weekend longer fast….

Yay! No pain! Good news. Don’t get too bored and do too much! Blow your horn if you get bored! 😂 Look at the menu and see if anything sounds good. Don’t fast too long and get weak. Have some coffee. Lol

I use limit electrolytes plus the pickle juice…I’m thinking ear lunch today…and then over weekend..do a longer fast…longest I’ve done is 48 hours…so just have to see how it goes tomorrow….
