Slept 6.3hrs. mask leak BM no Day 19 of Optifast. No hunger, but my bowels are so messed up , worse than usual from the liquid protein diet. I will be glad when I can eat fruits & vegetables and grains & beans again. I am now so sick of protein shakes!!! But I have grow to appreciate low or no salt, beef & chicken broth. It has been my treat this last 3 weeks

Yes I will be glad to have this help loosing weight. I need it. Even through the last 3 weeks I was drinking from 775 cal to 925 cal per day of mostly protein powder, I have not really lost much weight. 3 weeks of this and 10.6 lb loss. I am happy I lost, but I thought I would hit the important 100 lb milestone and 1/2 way to goal, before surgery Tuesday morning. I don't think that will happen.
