Less cardio..is helping…around 2.6 pounds in 12 days….a win for sure

Nice. Yeah, cardio is great for health but a set calorie intake is the best way to lose fat. Most people compensate for cardio by moving less the rest of the day so it isn't always the best as a fat loss tool. Resistance training would be a good thing to add for improved body composition if you're not doing it.

Using resistance bands…push-ups from counter…kettlebell which I hate…lol
