Happy 😃 happy Wednesday….

73…. Windows open..just a fan blowing on me..sweating like a pig….but that’s ok…sweating out the impurities….which I try my best here…but picking and choosing food…when there are only so many choices…we’ll…sometimes you have to pick the best of the worse…lol

Less cardio is making a difference..plus even though my resistance band and kettlebell are only 15 minutes…I’m tired by my last one before supper…lifting my glass to drink…is a struggle on my shoulders…lol…

Another 4-5 workouts today…I about run out of protein powder..but some will be here today…switching to iso pure to see how it works..used garden of life for several years…

Had a hot chocolate for breakfast yesterday..instant headache..10 second headache..from the sugar in it…

Well…time to get started on next workout before breakfast…
