Happy 😃 happy 😃…1st workout over…lol

65 outside…so nice to wake up to fresh air and a workout…just 3 more to do…lol…o boy….

Since I didn’t ride..slept in for 30 min extra..guess I needed it…I kno..the change up in working out..has made a difference in..how long it takes me to fall asleep at night…

Jeeze…630… and I don’t feel rushed…so nice…lol…

Exercise class at 930-10…then another one of my workout before lunch…followed by lunch…and a short 30 min nap…by then..I need a recharge…then the last workout at 330…followed by supper at 4-5… and then relax time to be ready for a good night of recovery…

Need to get a few things picked up..before house cleaners come in…
