I think my body is settling at this weight, for real. Had a good work out last night, not too much, but broke a good sweat. First workout without my trainer, and I felt a little naked and alone. But I got in a good 45 minutes plus, kept up my form very well and even managed about 10 minutes of cardio before my body hit the wall and said ENOUGH.
I'm shooting for a low calorie week all week if possible since I've had so many high calorie days in the past two weeks, I don't think it will hurt to have a few severe deficit days here. Aiming for 1100-1400 this week. Fingers crossed.
