As expected I have gained, but I already knew that going into weighing myself. I have eaten pretty bad all weekend, but that is OKAY, because Tomorrow is just around the corner. Also, I haven't drank enough water, went to a cookout at my bestie's house, drank 4 beers, and played volleyball. So much fun and I regret absolutely nothing. I hope you all had a great weekend too.
88.2 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I spent the weekend at a friend's too! It's been a LONG time since I've gotten out of the house & visited anyone. I also indulged a little with some potatoes & butter with some country seasoned sausage for dinner one night, and had 1 shot of rum LOL That's all it took for me, cause I don't drink regularly, maybe 2-3 times a year for holidays or special occasions. I too, am looking forward to a fresh start tomorrow and concentrating more on drinking MORE WATER! I was a bad girl over the weekend when it came to my water intake. I mostly drank diet Mountain Dew & Diet 7Up, something I had avoided for quite some time (soda). The gain may be water weight due to sodium and the alcohol intake. I think you did great playing volley ball and visiting with friends!! At least you were active & had a GOOD time! That's what matters! We all need a break now and then. Don't be hard on yourself, you're doing fine. I'm looking forward to this challenge and lowering my BMI!! See ya!

Never regret spending time with loved ones and family! It's not like you sat in front of the TV with a tub of ice cream. If you can't go out and enjoy yourself once in a while then what is the point of working so hard?

SherrieC - I sometimes like a beer too. I have found that the Michelob Ultra is very good. Give it a try and maybe you can have your beer and drink it too. LOL
