I bought a large jug of skim milk for the first time in 4+ years. I just seems like the best low calorie way for me to reach my 70g protein goal by the end of each day.
124.2 kg Lost so far: 32.7 kg.    Still to go: 58.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I drink skim/fat free milk almost every day to try to get my protein grams to at least 40. It's hard to do if you don't eat meat daily.
