Slept 5.7hrs poorly BM yes Sad & horrible morning. A very good friend & neighbour passed away peacefully this morning in hospital, after very bad vehicle accident 2 weeks ago. I am going to miss him very much. I ate my feelings, with a dessert croissant from Save-On-Foods, that became my breakfast & lunch combined. It only helped momentarily. I was at the bakery to buy a birthday cake for my Dad who is 94 tomorrow.

He was such a great man. He always encouraged me in weigh loss journey. He told me 3 days before the accident that I have to have more fun and stop worrying so much about the small stuff. I am heeding his wise advice.
