Ate a little more at work today but topped out at just over 1600 calories for the day. Dropped a whopping .2 pounds by pre-dinner. Did 45 minutes on the treadmill and no weight lifting (to allow rest from last night). Will do a 16:8 fast and then a HARD hour on the treadmill at noon tomorrow. Hoping to get back into the 199 zone then.
