Wow... Stubborn weight! Up to 201.6 morning reading despite a 1400 calorie day that included weight training and an hour on the treadmill. Will eat 1600 today and more weight training plus 30 minutes of treadmill tonight. Then my Saturday 16:8 fast, sleep in, and hard hour of treadmill. Should see the 190s again after that. Plan to be at 198 or 199 by the end of June, then target 195 by the end of July.
91.4 kg Lost so far: 56.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Yes, I'm up this morning too on the scale. I had a lot of activity yesterday and pulled something in my leg. I know I'm retaining water. Just gotta keep going and the scale eventually catches up.
