Shocked, all I did yesterday was skip my first two meals (praying for Ukraine) and I'm down over two lbs. On keto, must be water, we'll see how it holds.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 37.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
