I did a four day fast last week and dropped a few pounds, but ate four meals in 26 hours over the weekend, so between the food mass and the water weight, I'm showing a gain. I'm going to do a five day fast until next weekend. And I'm going to go stricter with no cream or cocoa, just non caloric liquids. Grind time! Daily walks, plenty of liquids and electrolytes.
92.3 kg Lost so far: 34.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good Luck and Good Loss! There is no way I could fast for so long. Blood sugar drop would be a killer migraine trigger. Blessings on your journey!
