Slept 5.8hrs
BM yes

No energy today and right knee bone has moved sideways so I am in pain and not wanting to do anything. Standing hurts. Hope it pops back in place by tomorrow. Feeling sorry for myself and I ate 4 No-Sugar peanut butter cups that I bought to have 1 per day as a treat.
I have not weighed myself this week as an experiment, so not a good week to eat crap.

I have never heard of a knee bone moving sideways! Sounds really painful. Hope you see a doctor about it.

Yes I have lateral movement in my right knee. No cartilage left in either knee, bone on bone. But good news is that I have regained some of the synovial fluids so my pain is now bearable, as opposed to excruciating. Improvements happened with physiotherapy sessions since end of Nov 2021, and doing the daily leg exercises they assigned every day. The orthopedic surgeon has delayed the first of 1 total knee replacements because of my improvement in movement & balance and reduction of pain. The surgeon wants to see me again in 6 months (Jul 2022). The surgeon's words: " I do not work on commission, real knees with bearable pain are always better than metal knees. Pain that keeps you from sleeping at night or doing the things you need to do, should be the primary reason to have knee replacement or not" I am 69.5 yrs, never was and never will do sports...I just want to be able to walk for leisure without being afraid I will fall. So if I can avoid the 2 knee replacements that makes me extremely happy.
