If you are serious about losing the weight you have to change your mindset to this is a lifestyle change not just pounds lost over and over again. While you are in weight loss mode always think about the types of foods you are eating and your activity level that you are using to not only help with losing the pounds but will help you on the continuing rode to stable weight and health. Keep in mind, crash dieting doesn’t work. A well thought out plan that you can live with wins every time. Deprivation doesn’t work.
