Finally! The end of Whole30 first 30 days! Weighloss 14 lbs.
I tried one 2oz glass of wine tonight. I did not particularly want any but decided that would be first thing to reintroduce. I can feel the sugar buzz and don’t like the feel in my stomach. So I have decided to drink wine or alcohol only on special occasions and only with other people, never home alone.
Going to stick to Whole30 and next add cheese in a few days.
72.3 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Good plan on the wine - you'll still be able to enjoy it on special occasions and when you are with friends, or entertaining. Congratulations on sticking with your program and PTL you got such great results for your labors!
