Whole30 day 31, add back wine. Increase in sugar content causing craving for more sugar, not necessarily more wine.
Also went over my carbs by an extra 10 g.
72.3 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
